Original Filling Quality

MIS Deluxe series cartridge refill machines are designed to follow the original and fabricated filling technique, which is called "Vacuum Filling" technique.  In this technique, it is required to have a vacuum chamber, in which the air is removed by vacuuming.  This produces a physical blank space.  And according to the physical rules, there should be no blank space and if any, it should be filled immediately.

The crucial point in ink cartridge refilling is that we should remove the air inside the sponges.  And in order to do that we need a vacuum chamber.  That's the reason why all MIS ink cartridge refill machines have vacuum chambers.

When we put the cartridge inside the chamber, besides removing the air inside, we also remove the air inside the sponge tissues.  And with this way, we can fill the ink to the sponge without having any blank space.

Furthermore, when we peel off the label on a cartridge, we can see the original filling holes.  In other words, in the OEM factory, the cartridge was originally filled from these holes through needles.  Therefore, we also use the same holes and refill with the needles.
